Every conversation has a visible decay. Cool at 24h of silence. Gone at seven days. Urgency without punishment.
On day seven the app asks the only question that matters: are you meeting, or are you moving on?
Thursdays at 9pm. A live window of short, real conversations with people nearby. Then the app closes.

Recurring nights at partner venues along the coast and in the city. The trick: if you and your match both RSVP, the door is discounted. If you show up together, it's on the house.
Verified at the door by a one-time QR tied to your match and the event.
No aggressive paywalls. Cheaper if you actually go to the parties.
